Under.zip (XSort) " ParagraphSortBlockEntireKeyDescending " - Sort paragraphs of a selection in ascending sequence when the selection spans intervening tables.

Open a new document and type in a few paragraphs, insert a small table, repeat the process until you have something like this:

Select all text between and including Para 2 and Para 7; that is, select all but the first and last paragraphs.

Choose (Under) Sort, Paragraphs, ParagraphSortBlockEntireKeyDescending and note that the document is sorted by paragraphs across the entire selection:
